Workshops:
Cancellation Policy:
7 days or more before event: full refund
24 hours - 6 days before event: full credit towards future event or purchase
Less than 24 hours before event: no refund or credit
No-Show Policy: If a customer has booked a workshop and does not show up to the event, the customer will not receive a refund or credit.
Coaching:
Rescheduling Policy: For paid sessions, customers can reschedule at any point up to the meeting without any fees.
Cancellation Policy: Cancelling a meeting completely 3 days or more before a paid session will result in a full refund. Less than 3 days before a session, the fee will not be refunded.
